- Support with the development of annual plans to develop and expand employment opportunities for students within the campus.
- Support with the development and communication of an up-to-date calendar for annual work placement events and career fairs organised.
- Liaise with faculty members, Academic Advisors and Outreach and Engagement for the effective and efficient implementation of work placement plans.
- Support with the scheduling of on-campus recruitment events.
- Support with the development of materials to increase awareness of, and promote, placement opportunities to students in collaboration with the Outreach and Engagement section.
- Support with the implementation of work experience orientations and workshops.
- Monitor the effective and efficient placement of students during the academic year in compliance with work placement schedules.
- Arrange interviews with students on behalf of employers in a timely manner.
- Provide continuous support and guidance to students from initial interview to the completion of the internship.
- Provide necessary information and documentation to employers related to students.
- Develop and maintain an up-to-date, accurate and comprehensive database covering employer and student information as well as work placement-related data.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Business Administration.
- Full English and Arabic proficiency are required.
- Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g. MS Office
- Minimum of four years of work experience in Work Placement or any relevant field. .
