Marketing and Training Coordinator

• Support the preparation and updating of annual, semester, and client-specific training plans and schedules
• Assist in preparing training proposals, program outlines, presentations, and training materials
• Coordinate training logistics including trainer schedules, venues, equipment, and catering
• Manage participant registration, communication, and attendance tracking
• Provide on-site coordination during training delivery and address logistical issues
• Administer pre-training and post-training assessments and participant feedback
• Compile program data, prepare certificates, and generate end-of-program reports
• Support marketing and outreach activities including brochures, digital content, and promotional campaigns
• Maintain organized electronic and physical records for training programs and participants
• Support tracking of program KPIs and administrative processes

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education/Training Management, or Communications
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in training coordination, L&D, marketing, or events
• Experience coordinating training programs from planning through delivery and evaluation
• Strong planning, coordination, and organization skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams

• Relevant professional certification in marketing, training coordination, or event management
• Experience with CRM, LMS, or event-management tools
• Experience in a university, training center, or corporate learning environment in the UAE/GCC
• Arabic language proficiency
