SeniorShow Electrical Technician – Performance Lake
This position is part of the Performance Lake team and requires a specialist to operate and maintain electrical control systems during live shows, rehearsals, and special events.
Responsibilities- Operate and monitor electrical control systems during live shows, rehearsals, and special events.
- Program and synchronize cues across lighting, sound, video, and water effects using show control platforms (e.g., QLab, Navigator CSC, Crestron).
- Support real‑time troubleshooting to ensure uninterrupted show delivery.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on control gear, sensors, actuators and automation systems.
- Maintain accurate service logs, wiring diagrams and schematics.
- Inspect and test electrical components to ensure safety and performance.
- Follow safety protocols for rigging, electrical systems and backstage operations.
- Ensure all electrical setups meet UAE regulations and Wynn safety standards.
- Participate in emergency drills and system readiness checks.
- Work closely with production, creative and facilities teams to meet technical requirements.
- Assist in the installation and testing of new equipment and show elements.
- Provide technical support during VIP functions and seasonal programming.
- 3–5 years of experience in electrical controls or entertainment technical services.
- Proficiency in AV control systems and electrical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with DMX, DALI, Art‑Net/sACN protocols and automation systems.
- Strong attention to detail and technical precision.
- Ability to work under pressure in live show environments.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality and guest satisfaction.
