- Track and follow up on faults, malfunctions and interruptions within the electricity distribution network
. - Coordinate operational and emergency activities during shifts.
- Ensure effective shift handover and takeover of pending operational activities.
- Prepare daily shift and operational reports.
- Handle and coordinate customer enquiries and complaints relating to power services.
- Maintain accurate records of operations, maintenance activities, faults and system performance
. - Monitor operational performance indicators and support achievement of O&M targets.
- Coordinate with field/O&M teams for timely resolution of network issues.
- Support implementation of operational procedures, safety requirements and company policies.
Requirements
- Technical High School qualification or relevant electrical/power technical background.
- 0–4 years' experience in power-industry operations, maintenance or a related field.
- Understanding of electrical/power distribution operations
. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a shift-based operational environment.
