Junior Landscape Architect

Job Objective

Typical duties will include preparation and/or modification of the liquid retaining landscape architectural items related to engineering calculations, plans, design, and layout, project specifications, project proposals, cost estimates.

• Preparation and/or modification of drawings, specifications, BOQ items and calculations.
• Preparation and/or modification of reports, presentations and other graphic illustrative materials.
• Client meetings, agency and stakeholder coordination and meetings.
• Site visits & inspections and assist with material approvals & construction approvals.
• Preparation and/or modification of project status reports.
• Preparation and/or modification of proposals as assigned by senior management.

• Bachelor Degree in Landscape Architecture.
• From 1-3 years of post graduation work experience.
• Commercial, Infrastructure and transport related Landscape Architectural project experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of principles of Landscape Architecture and construction, including concept design, design development, tender and contract documents.
