Al Marwan Group is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to support our roads and infrastructure projects in the U.A.E. The role involves conducting accurate land surveys, providing topographical data, and supporting project teams in planning, design, and execution phases. The Land Surveyor will work closely with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure precise measurements, quality control, and compliance with U.A.E standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct land and topographical surveys for roads and infrastructure projects
Operate survey instruments and equipment, including total stations, GPS, and leveling tools
Collect, analyze, and present survey data accurately for design and execution teams
Prepare survey reports, maps, and drawings for project use
Verify site boundaries, elevations, and alignments according to project specifications
Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and contractors for survey requirements
Ensure compliance with safety standards and survey best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
, Geomatics
, or related field - Minimum 4+ years of experience in roads and infrastructure projects in the U.A.E
- Proficiency in survey instruments, GPS, and AutoCAD/ Civil 3D for mapping
- Strong knowledge of land measurement, leveling, and topographical survey methods
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
