Title:

Must Have Responsibilities- Design and develop electrical and instrumentation systems for tanks, Mobile Fuel Stations (MFUs), fueling skids, and containerized fuel stations
- Prepare single-line diagrams (SLD), wiring diagrams, control schematics, loop diagrams, and termination drawings
- Select and specify instrumentation, including flow meters, level sensors, pressure transmitters, temperature sensors, alarms, switches, and control devices
- Design grounding, earthing, bonding, lightning protection, and hazardous area compliance systems
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards such as IEC, NFPA, UL, ATEX, API, and client specifications (ADNOC, ENOC, Emarat, etc.)
- Prepare I/O lists, instrument index, cable schedules, junction box layouts, and panel GA drawings
- Coordinate with automation/FMS system providers (e.g., MASER, Scully, Veeder-Root, DOMS, etc.) for system integration
- Support selection and sizing of electrical components such as breakers, relays, contractors, PLCs, VFDs, power supplies, and UPS systems
- Prepare BOQs, MTOs, and technical datasheets for electrical and instrumentation packages
- Review vendor documents, drawings, and technical submittals for compliance with project requirements
- Provide technical support to production, fabrication, and site teams during assembly and installation
- Supervise testing, calibration, loop checking, functional testing, and commissioning of E&I systems
- Attend FAT, SAT, and site inspections related to the E&I scope when required
- Troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation issues during fabrication, installation, and operation
- Maintain proper documentation, including as-built drawings, test reports, calibration records, and commissioning dossiers
- Ensure all works comply with safety requirements and hazardous area practices.
- Coordinate with the project team, clients, and third-party inspectors for approvals and certifications.
