Job Title: CAD Drafter – Electrical (Building Projects)

Employment Type: Full-Time (Onsite)

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Drafter – Electrical with a minimum of 5 years of experience, specifically in building projects
. The ideal candidate must have hands‑on experience in preparing electrical drawings for residential, commercial, or mixed‑use building projects.

This is a full‑time onsite role based in Ras Al Khaimah. Candidates must be currently residing in Ras Al Khaimah with a valid and active UAE visa.

• Prepare and modify electrical drawings for building projects using AutoCAD.
• Develop single line diagrams (SLD), power layouts, lighting layouts, cable routing, and panel board drawings.
• Coordinate with electrical engineers, MEP teams, and other disciplines to ensure proper integration of services.
• Revise drawings as per project requirements and site instructions.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and project specifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation and drawing records.

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical CAD Drafter.
• Mandatory experience in residential/commercial building projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (AutoCAD Electrical preferred).
• Good knowledge of MEP coordination and building standards.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

• Must be currently located in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
• Must hold a valid and active UAE visa.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred.
