Position: Civil Engineering Manager
Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
Salary: AED 25,000 per month

• Oversee and manage all civil engineering projects from planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements and specifications are met.
• Conduct site inspections and supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control.
• Prepare and review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Manage and mentor engineering teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Monitor project progress, prepare progress reports, and address any issues or delays that arise.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Handle procurement and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and safety regulations.
• Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
