We are currently seeking experienced tradespeople to join our growing team in Ras al-Khaimah.

The Role

As a Marine Engineer, you will be responsible for the engineering, installation, maintenance, and repair of marine systems and equipment. You will work across live projects, ensuring all work meets the highest technical standards and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, install, and maintain marine engineering systems including propulsion, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in marine equipment and machinery
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and engineering specifications
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
• Ensure all work complies with relevant maritime regulations and safety standards
• Conduct inspections and surveys on vessels and marine structures
• Provide technical support and guidance to site teams

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a marine engineering role
• Strong knowledge of marine systems, machinery, and electrical installations
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Experience working in a shipyard, offshore, or marine construction environment
• Valid relevant certifications preferred
• Fluent English – written and spoken
