* Proven track record in a Senior Sales or Proposal Engineering role, ideally within a manufacturing or technical services environment.
* Strong technical aptitude with a deep understanding of estimation methodologies and project costing.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple proposals concurrently, and meet strict deadlines.
* A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline is highly preferred.
