Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced B2 Licensed Avionics Technician to join our maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and repairs on aircraft avionics systems in accordance with regulatory standards and company procedures. The ideal candidate holds a valid EASA Part-66 B2 License (or equivalent) and has hands‑on experience with modern commercial or general aviation avionics platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform inspection, testing, repair, modification, and certification of aircraft electrical and avionics systems in accordance with approved maintenance data.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve defects in communication, navigation, flight control, and electrical systems.
  • Ensure compliance with EASA
    , GCAA
    , FAA
    , or applicable aviation authority regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records in aircraft maintenance logs, technical documentation, and quality assurance systems.
  • Work closely with engineering, quality assurance, and flight operations to ensure airworthiness and dispatch reliability.
  • Interpret and apply maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, and service bulletins.
  • Perform return-to-service release of aircraft systems within B2 license privileges.
  • Support aircraft during AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations, including field maintenance as needed.
  • Ensure safe working practices and adherence to company safety management systems (SMS).
Qualifications & Requirements Required
  • Valid EASA Part-66 B2 License
    , or equivalent (e.g., GCAA B2 License, FAA A&P with avionics experience).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on experience on fixed‑wing or rotary aircraft avionics systems.
  • Proven experience on avionics systems such as G1000/G3000
    , FMS
    , VHF/UHF Comm/Nav
    , TCAS, ADS‑B, ELT, radar, and autopilot systems.
  • Strong knowledge of wiring schematics, avionics test equipment, and aircraft troubleshooting techniques.
Preferred
  • Type ratings or endorsements on specific aircraft (e.g., Airbus, Boeing, Diamond DA40/42, Gulfstream, etc.).
  • Experience working under Part-145 regulations in an AMO or airline MRO environment.
  • Familiarity with electronic documentation systems (AMOS, TRAX, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Safety Management Systems (SMS) and Human Factors principles.
