- Lead the design process for MEP systems, with a particular focus on electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, fire alarms, etc.).
- Review and validate MEP design documents, drawings, and specifications from consultants.
- Prepare/Review and shop drawings, technical drawings.
- Ensure all MEP designs; calculations comply with government regulations and standard requirements
- Attend design and coordination meetings and lead discussions related to MEP services.
- 10+ years of experience in MEP design, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in large-scale commercial, residential, high raise building or mixed-use developments.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, Electrical calculations, codes, and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Dialux, ETAP).
- UAE or GCC experience is must.
Education :
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Electrical or Mechanical (Master is preferred).
