Review Project Documentation

Review Material Submittals, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and Method Statements related to civil / Mechanical / Electrical works to ensure compliance with project requirements and provide feedback to Works Agency QA/QC Manager.

Conduct inspections at various stages of construction to verify that materials, equipment, and workmanship comply with project specifications and standards in accordance with approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITP).

• Verify that the construction activities align with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant codes.
• Inspect and verify the quality of materials, including soil, aggregates, asphalt, concrete, and other construction materials used in roads, drainage systems, and related infrastructure.
• Monitor construction activities, including but not limited to:
  • Asphalt paving and concrete works.
  • Installation of drainage pipes, culverts, and manholes.
  • Retaining walls, bridges, tunnels, dams, and related structures.
• Participate in final inspections to confirm that all work meets the required quality standards before the handover phase.

Education:

Diploma or degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 5 years in QC roles related to road and infrastructure construction.

Certifications:

• Relevant certifications in construction quality control (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CSWIP, BGAS, ASNT, IEC, NEC, or local standards).
• Proficiency in material testing standards (e.g., BS, ASTM, AASHTO).
