HSE Officer

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified HSE Officer to join our team in the UAE.

The ideal candidate will possess 2 to 5 years of total experience in Health Safety and Environment management with a proven track record within the UAE.

• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and international standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Develop risk assessments and Method Statements for upcoming project phases.
• Lead incident investigations and prepare detailed root‑cause analysis reports.
• Deliver safety inductions and toolbox talks to site workers and staff.
• Maintain HSE documentation, including training logs, permits, and incident registers.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of total HSE experience (mandatory).
• At least 1–2 years of active UAE experience with a strong grasp of local safety laws.
• NEBOSH Certificate is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Environmental Science.
• Excellent English communication, report writing, and hazard identification skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is a strong advantage.
