Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all phases of EPC projects for wastewater treatment plants, from conceptualization to commissioning.
* Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
* Ensure project delivery is on time, within budget, and adheres to the highest quality and safety standards.
* Manage client relationships and communications, serving as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
* Oversee risk management, quality control, and health & safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
* Coordinate and supervise multi-disciplinary project teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction personnel.## Requirements
* Proven mid-senior level experience in managing large-scale EPC projects, specifically within the wastewater treatment sector.
* Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methodologies, and procurement processes.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or related field) is required.
