Structural Design Manager
Responsible for leading structural design and technical delivery across complex developments, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant structural solutions throughout the project lifecycle. The role provides technical leadership, governance, and multidisciplinary coordination, overseeing design reviews, approvals, and alignment between design intent, authority requirements, and construction execution to support successful project delivery
Educational Qualifications- ns Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineerin
- g.Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering (Preferred
- ons Chartered Engineer (CEng) or equivale
- nt.
Memberships (ASCE, ICE, IStructE or simila - r).Dubai Municipality Structural Design License (preferre
- ence Minimum 12–15 years of structural design experie
- nce.
Proven experience in complex developme - nts.
Experience with UAE authority regulations and approv - als.
Strong background in design review and construction supp - ort.
Previous experience in Master Development is desira
