This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Ras Al Khaimah. The Civil Engineer will oversee the planning, design, and execution of road construction, infrastructure development, and foundation engineering projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations. Daily responsibilities include preparing engineering drawings and technical specifications, coordinating with site teams and subcontractors, conducting site inspections, and monitoring project progress and quality.

The role also involves performing technical calculations, supporting stormwater and drainage design, reviewing project documentation, and assisting in resolving engineering issues on-site. The Civil Engineer will collaborate closely with project managers, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.

• Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to develop practical, safe, and cost-effective solutions.
• Experience working as Civil Engineers on road, infrastructure, and foundation projects, preferably within contracting or construction environments.
• Proficiency in Planning for civil works, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage design, and related hydraulic considerations for roads and site development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Familiarity with relevant local and international standards, codes, and construction regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, surveys, and technical documentation; competence in common engineering and CAD software is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work on-site and coordinate with project stakeholders and site personnel.
• Relevant professional certifications, registration, or membership in engineering bodies is an asset.
