Senior Resident Engineer - High-Rise & Mixed-Use Projects

Job Title: Resident Engineer

Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Resident Engineer to join a leading engineering consultancy in Ras Al Khaimah.

• Minimum 15+ years of overall experience in the construction industry.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Resident Engineer in a UAE consultancy.
• Proven experience handling high-rise residential and commercial building projects.
• Strong track record of independently managing projects from inception to completion.
• Experience working on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within quality standards, and in compliance with contract requirements.
• Strong knowledge of authority regulations, project coordination, site supervision, and consultant responsibilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree is an advantage).
• UAE experience is mandatory.

• Lead and supervise all site activities on behalf of the consultancy.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and authorities.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with contract specifications.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and technical submissions.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
• Ensure timely project execution and successful delivery within approved schedules.
• Prepare and review progress reports and attend project meetings.
• Mentor and manage the site supervision team while maintaining the highest engineering standards.
