As a Facility Engineer, you will:

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, timelines, and milestones to manage facilities projects.
• Coordinate with departments to allocate resources effectively and efficiently, optimizing project outcomes within budget and schedule.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities and expenses; review quotations for paid services.
• Generate regular progress reports and performance metrics to track project milestones.
• Ensure facilities are equipped with necessary safety equipment and that staff are trained to use it.
• Seek opportunities for change management; manage and supervise facility maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify hazards and ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.
• Handle FM-related complaints 24x7.
• Liaise with government entities.

• 3+ years in Facility Management or restoration works.

• Strong knowledge in facilities engineering and renovation works.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to facilities management documentation.

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Facilities Management.
