As a Site Engineer, you’ll play a key role in coordinating the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of ELV and automation systems while ensuring quality, safety, and project requirements are met.

About Your Team

You will work closely with project, design, commissioning, and site teams to ensure the successful installation and delivery of ELV and automation systems. You’ll also coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and MEP teams to resolve technical issues, maintain project progress, and support testing, commissioning, and handover.

Your Role

• Review design, specifications, drawings and preparation of Submittals
• Manage site installation and system implementation
• Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Contractors and other traders
• Perform Testing & Commissioning and system integration
• Monitor quality, progress and project compliance
• Maintain project documentation and reporting
• Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, and supervisors to manage daily work activities, ensure proper sequencing, and maintain progress as per project schedule.
• Verify that materials delivered and installed match approved submittals, specifications, and datasheets, ensuring compatibility and correct usage.
• Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure availability of power, containment, grounding, and required provisions for ELV systems, avoiding clashes with other services.
• Mark up drawings with actual installation details (redlines), assist in preparing as-built documentation, device schedules, and support project handover requirements.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

Minimum 7 years of experience in ELV design coordination and site delivery within a construction environment, with proven testing and commissioning experience.

Knowledge &

Skills:

• ELV systems such as LCS, GRMS, Control systems, SCS, ICT expertise.
• Testing & Commissioning knowledge.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for installation and connectivity issues on site.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities for coordination with site teams and supervisors.

Desirable:

• Keen knowledge and hands-on training in DALI, KNX and Automation systems
• BMS and Control system Integration knowledge
• AutoCAD & Technical Documentation skills
