Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of MEP works from planning to project handover Coordinate with clients consultants subcontractors and project teams Manage MEP design reviews shop drawings material approvals and authority submissions Monitor project progress budgets quality safety and resource allocation Oversee testing commissioning and final handover of MEP systems Ensure compliance with project specifications UAE regulations and HSE requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 18+ years of experience in building construction projects with reputed contracting companies.
- Minimum 5 years in a managerial role handling large-scale high-rise projects in the UAE/GCC.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and BMS systems.
