WE ARE HIRING – COMMERCIAL ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL)
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Engineer - Electrical to join our team for a Hospital Project in the UAE.
Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in commercial/QS roles within the construction industry.
- Must have hospital/healthcare project experience
. - Strong experience in subcontract management, variations, claims, and final accounts
. - Experience in BOQ preparation, cost control, valuation, and payment certification
. - Good knowledge of MEP/Electrical works, contracts, and commercial procedures
. - Ability to review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contractual documents.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available within a short notice period are preferred.
