We’re hiring | Engineering Assistant
ELIN INSULATION FZ LLC is looking for a smart, proactive and technically capable Engineering Assistant to support our engineering, manufacturing and industrial projects.
Location:
Dubai / Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
- Prepare technical RFQs, specifications, BOQs/BOMs and comparison sheets
- Coordinate with machinery manufacturers, suppliers, consultants and internal teams
- Review technical drawings, machinery specifications and factory layouts
- Maintain project trackers and follow-up actions through to completion
- Assist with machinery selection, factory setup, installation and commissioning
- Prepare technical reports, presentations and meeting minutes
- Support production, engineering and process-improvement activities
- Conduct technical research and supplier evaluations
- Use Excel, AutoCAD and AI/productivity tools effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred
- Manufacturing, transformers, electrical equipment or industrial machinery experience is an advantage
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- AutoCAD knowledge preferred
- Comfortable with AI and modern digital productivity tools
- Good written and spoken English
- Proactive, organized and strong in follow-up and execution
We are looking for someone who can understand a requirement, organize the work, coordinate with the relevant people and follow it through to completion.
