Project Controls Sr Engineer Planning Risk Senior Planner
Location Ras Al Khaimah UAE
Experience Required 6 Years Senior Specialist Level
Working Mode 5 Days a Week Work from Office
Contract 12 Months Extendable Notice Period Immediate to 30 Days
Key Responsibilities- Develop review and validate project schedules and baseline programmes
- Perform critical path analysis delay analysis and recovery planning
- Manage Primavera P6 schedules across multiple projects simultaneously
- Support design procurement and pre-construction planning phases
- Conduct Time Impact Analysis TIA and EOT assessments
- Monitor project progress and provide risk-based reporting to management
- Coordinate with consultants contractors and internal development teams
- Ensure alignment of project timelines with developer objectives
- Primavera P6 (Advanced - Mandatory)
- Project Scheduling, CPM, Baseline & Recovery Planning
- Delay Analysis / Time Impact Analysis (TIA)
- Earned Value Management (CPI / SPI)
- Risk Management & Project Controls
- Strong reporting (S-Curve, dashboards, KPI reports)
- MS Excel / Power BI (Preferred)
- Real Estate Development Projects
- Infrastructure / Urban Development Projects
- PMC / Consultancy background preferred
- Exposure to Design & Pre-Construction Planning
