Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of land surveying principles and techniques, can work independently or with a team, is excellent at problem solving and has excellent communication skills. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for the acquisition of data related to land boundaries, contours and other features for the purpose of mapping or construction projects.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Geomatics or equivalent qualification, with at least three years of experience in Land Surveying. Additionally, you must be able to demonstrate an understanding of land surveying principles and techniques as well as proficiency in using survey instruments such as total stations and GPS receivers. You must also have extensive knowledge of survey regulations and laws applicable to the area as well as proven computer skills.

Responsibilities:
As a Land Surveyor your key responsibilities will include conducting field surveys, mapping features such as buildings, roads and topography using specialized survey instruments; analyzing data collected from surveys; preparing maps, reports and legal descriptions; maintaining accurate records; providing advice regarding technical issues related to the project; ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times on site; liaising with clients regarding survey objectives;

developing cost estimates for projects; ensuring that all work is completed within budget and on time.

Salary:
We offer an attractive salary package of 900 AED per month depending on experience.
