Land surveyor vacancy in Ras-al-Khaimah UAE

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys to measure and map land areas as well as analyze data collected in order to prepare detailed reports. The salary is 1700 per month and we are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.

• Conduct surveys of land areas using advanced surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS receivers, theodolites, levels, etc.
• Create maps of surveyed areas accurately and efficiently.
• Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports on the findings.
• Monitor existing land parcels for any changes or damages.
• Prepare legal documents related to surveys such as boundary agreements, deeds of easement, etc.
• Adhere to safety rules while carrying out surveys in hazardous terrain or extreme weather conditions.
• Assist with other related tasks assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field preferred but not required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a land surveying role
• Excellent knowledge of surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS receivers, theodolites, levels etc
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written communication skills

Salary: 1700 per month
