ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Lead comprehensive technical feasibility assessments design optimization studies and engineering risk evaluations for complex customer requirements encompassing electrical load calculations voltagedrop analysis current density distribution short-circuit withstand validation and structural integrity assessments for busbar systems integrated with LV switch gear assemblies Conduct rigorous technical reviews of customer specifications contractual design drawings engineeringsubmissions and technical submittals systematically identify compliance deviations technical risks design optimization opportunities and non-conformances against IEC 61439-1 IEC 61439-6 busbar systems and applicable project standards Perform advanced electrical system analysis and simulation using ETAP including load flow studies fault current analysis protection coordination harmonic distortion evaluation busbar sizing verification and switch gear coordination studies to validate system performance and ensure code-compliante electrical distribution design Prepare and validate comprehensive wiring diagrams single-line diagrams SLDs three-line diagrams 3LDs cable schedule documentation and instrument loop diagrams for busbar systems integrated withLV switch gear assemblies MCC panels distribution boards and mission-critical electrical networks ensure all documentation conforms to IEC BS and project-specific drawing standards Develop issue and maintain standardized engineering documentation libraries including design guidelines technical procedures drawing standards calculation templates and engineering specifications ensure consistent implementation and governance across global manufacturing plantsand regional operations Prepare comprehensive technical specifications engineered Bills of Material eBOM shop drawings manufacturing work instructions and assembly documentation coordinate technical requirements with manufacturing engineering procurement and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless design-to production transfer
- Bachelor’s degree4-year degree in engineering-related field (Minimum)
- Graduate in Electrical engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in design of Low voltage switch gear.
- Hands on experience of Auto CAD.
- Knowledge of relevant IEC codes and standards.
- Good planning and organization skills.
- Team player
Strong willingness to share knowledge and/or experience ability to listen and be open to otherideas. - Ability to show a proactive attitude.
- Offers advice and proposes solutions when risks/ opportunities arise.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
