Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineer

We are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of UAE construction experience and a strong background in high-rise tower projects
. The successful candidate will oversee the installation, coordination, inspection, testing, and commissioning of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

• Supervise MEP installation works on site, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and low-current systems.
• Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, MEP coordination drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical submittals.
• Coordinate MEP works with Civil, Structural, Architectural, QA/QC, Planning, consultants, and subcontractors to avoid clashes, rework, and delays.
• Ensure MEP installations comply with approved drawings, project specifications, contract requirements, and applicable UAE authority regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections, monitor work progress, and ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.
• Raise and follow up on RFIs, technical queries, site instructions, and design discrepancies.
• Review and monitor MEP material requirements, deliveries, and installation sequences in line with the project programme.
• Coordinate and support testing, commissioning, and handover activities for all MEP systems.
• Prepare progress reports, inspection reports, snag lists, and other required project documentation.
• Ensure subcontractors comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, QA/QC requirements, and HSE procedures.
• Support the resolution of technical issues on site and provide practical engineering solutions.
• Assist in project close-out activities, including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranty documents, and testing and commissioning records.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of MEP experience in the UAE construction industry

• Proven experience in high-rise tower projects is essential.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and low-current systems.
• Ability to review and interpret IFC, shop, coordination, and as-built drawings.
• Familiarity with UAE authority requirements, Civil Defence regulations, and relevant MEP codes and standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/Navisworks is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah (RAK).
• UAE Driving License is preferred.
