R&D Manager Production
Ras al Khaimah
Salary is AED 25- 27k

This role is for a leading Armored Vehicle company in the region.
In this role, you will lead the R&D function and the team of engineers in developing, improving and validating armored vehicles, with particular emphasis on MRAP vehicle design, driveline systems and vehicle integration. This role combines leadership and direct oversight of R&D related production, including prototype fabrication, assembly, testing, modification and preparation for production.
Applicants for this role should the following:
- Mechanical or Automotive Engineering degree
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in R&D, armored vehicle engineering, automotive product development or vehicle manufacturing
- Strong hands-on understanding of MPAR design, driveline systems, armored vehicle architecture and manufacturing processes.
- Looking for a person with a strong personality and confidence
- Excellent communication skills in English
