About Wynn Al Marjan Island:
On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offers 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five‑star spa and is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.
The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Area Manager to join the resort’s Table Games Operations team. The Area Manager at Wynn Al Marjan Island oversees the daily operations of assigned gaming areas, ensuring that table games are conducted with integrity, efficiency, and in full compliance with regulatory standards. This role supervises staff, manages guest relations, ensures a safe gaming environment, and assists the Assistant Gaming Manager in meeting operational targets and upholding resort service standards.
Responsibilities- Oversees Supervisors and ensures adherence to game procedures and company policies.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and on‑the‑job training.
- Conduct pre‑shift briefings and communicate operational updates to the team.
- Assist in scheduling rosters and breaks to ensure adequate coverage and efficiency.
- Support the onboarding and training of new Gaming Specialists and Gaming Team Members.
- Monitor grooming and conduct of team members to ensure alignment with company standards.
- Encourage team engagement and participation in decision‑making and service improvement.
- Maintain open communication with team members and elevate issues as needed.
- Manage the assigned gaming area and ensure smooth operation of table games.
- Monitor game integrity, Gaming Specialist performance, and guest interactions.
- Ensure compliance with gaming policies, procedures, and government regulations.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in table games or gaming operations.
- Supervisory experience in a gaming environment is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of table games procedures and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
- Team‑oriented and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and gaming operations systems.
- Able to adapt to varying work schedules in a 24‑hour operational setting, including weekends, holidays, and shift work.
- Able to work in a smoking environment.
