Telemarketer – Gaming Marketing Services Team

Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a Telemarketer to join our Gaming Marketing Services Team.

• Conduct outbound and take inbound calls to existing and potential guests to promote:
• Gaming programs and incentives
• Special events, tournaments, and promotions
• VIP and loyalty program benefits
• Maintain and grow a database of qualified gaming customers through consistent follow-up and relationship management
• Achieve individual and team targets related to call volume, conversions, and revenue contribution
• Provide guests with accurate information about:
• Gaming offerings
• Resort amenities
• Promotions and packages
• Record all guest interactions in CRM systems with detailed notes and updates
• Identify high-value players and elevate opportunities to Gaming Hosts or VIP Services
• Handle guest inquiries professionally and resolve concerns or elevate when necessary
• Collaborate with Marketing, Gaming Operations, and VIP teams to align campaigns and outreach strategies

• Previous experience in telemarketing, call centre, or customer service (gaming or hospitality preferred)
• Strong sales, persuasion, and communication skills
• Fluent in English and multi‑lingual (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or Mandarin preferred)
• Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics
• Proficient in Opera, CRM and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs
