Job Description

On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five‑star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

The position is Coordinator for the Gaming Marketing Services Team.

• Collaborate & coordinate with Player Development and Marketing Host teams to enhance guest engagement ensuring seamless, high‑end service experience to gaming guests
• Coordinate gaming floor activities in line with approved operating procedures
• Ensure only authorized games, systems, and equipment are in use
• Coordinate with departments such as Gaming, Hotel Reservations & Operations, Transportation, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping
• Booking show tickets, managing gaming cabana bookings, ordering gaming guests’ amenities
• Track downtime, incidents, and deviations accurately

• Ensure all guests meet legal access and eligibility requirements
• Support enhanced controls for VIP and high‑value players in line with AML and KYC policies
• Reinforce responsible engagement and intervene where risk indicators are identified

• Prepare accurate daily operational, compliance, and incident reports
• Maintain records as required (shifts, incidents, disputes)

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business, Compliance, or related field
• 2+ years’ experience in regulated gaming operations (preferred)
• Experience in controlled or highly regulated environments
• Previous experience in gaming operations, luxury hospitality, or guest services
• Proficient in operating OPERA, CRM and Microsoft Suite software programs
• English with multilingual abilities (Arabic, Hindi, Mandarin, Russian preferred)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs
