Job Description About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Shift Manager to join the Wynn Reward steam.

• Oversee Wynn Rewards desk operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
• Lead and motivate team members to maintain high levels of guest engagement and professionalism
• Resolve guest concerns and elevate issues when necessary to ensure prompt and satisfactory outcomes
• Monitor gaming entry, program enrollment and usage metrics, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, brand standards, and regulatory requirements
• Assist in training new team members and support ongoing development of existing staff
• Coordinate with other departments to support cross-functional promotions and guest experiences

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in guest service or loyalty program operations, preferably in luxury hospitality or gaming environments
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on team development
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
• Proficiency in loyalty systems and guest service platforms
• Fluency in English required; additional languages such as Arabic are an asset
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
• Must pass gaming licensing background check
