About Wynn Al Marjan Island:
On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in early 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five‑star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.
The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Manager – Accounts Receivable to join the resort’s Finance team.
Responsibilities- Billing:
Ensure accurate and timely generation of invoices for all revenue streams. - Collections:
Monitor outstanding receivables and implement effective collection strategies. - Reconciliation:
Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted. - Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on receivables status, aging analysis, and collection performance. - Compliance:
Ensure adherence to internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory requirements. - Employees Leadership:
Supervise, train, and mentor AR employees, fostering a professional and collaborative work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience in hospitality or luxury resort industry.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
