Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP to ensure transparency and provide insights for strategic decision-making
- Lead the month-end close process ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time to maintain operational efficiency
- Conduct detailed variance analysis identifying trends and discrepancies and presenting actionable recommendations to management for improved financial performance
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes including timely invoicing and follow-up for collections to optimize cash flow and minimize outstanding debts
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- a Master's degree or MBA is highly desirable for advanced financial acumen
- CPA certification is essential, demonstrating a commitment to professional standards and expertise in accounting principles.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience in accounting, preferably within the real estate sector in UAE
- Experience with financial analysis and reporting, showcasing the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
