Financial Analyst – Budgeting & Reporting

Responsibilities

• Support accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis activities
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and timely availability of financial information for management and decision-making
• Support the effective implementation, adoption and ongoing enhancement of ERP-enabled finance processes, including Oracle and Banner
• Contribute to process improvements, system controls, workflow enhancements and standardization of Finance processes within the ERP environment
• Develop, maintain and utilize financial dashboards, reports and analytical tools to support management reporting and performance monitoring
• Monitor financial data and transactions across relevant systems, identify discrepancies or trends, and coordinate timely resolution
• Support budgetary controls, expenditure monitoring, forecasting and analysis against approved plans
• Provide Finance-related support for system changes, testing, reporting requirements, data validation and user requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting within a large organization
• Advanced proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
