Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and professional Massage Therapist Facial Specialist to join our ladies salon team. The ideal candidate should have experience in providing a variety of massage treatments, facial therapies, and skincare services while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Perform professional massage treatments including relaxation, deep tissue, and therapeutic massages.
• Conduct facial treatments based on clients skin types and concerns.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized treatment room.
• Ensure client comfort, privacy, and satisfaction at all times.
• Follow salon health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment history.
• Assist in promoting salon services and retail products.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

• Proven experience as a Massage Therapist and Facial Specialist.
• Knowledge of skincare products, facial techniques, and massage therapies.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Relevant beauty therapy, massage, or cosmetology certification is preferred.

• Minimum 1–2 years of salon or spa experience.
• Strong knowledge of facial treatments and skincare solutions.
• Skilled in various massage techniques.

• Ability to upsell salon services and products.
