Make-Up Artist​/Hairstylist

Role Description

Perform make-up, hairstyling and tattoo coverage actions for on-camera employees, as per the Appearance Guidelines, 24/7, monitoring live streams and making recommendations for touch‑ups, plus basic stock‑tracking activities.

• Perform makeup and hairdressing activities in accordance with the company's standards and needs, including tattoo coverage, ensuring a perfect image in front of the cameras.
• Perform retouching of makeup and hairstyle on request and proactively.
• Perform disinfection, cleaning and checking of work tools.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the workplace.
• Prepare the tools and products provided by the company to carry out the activity.
• Maintain the stock of materials and accessories used.
• Be responsible for the correct storage and use of equipment: work tools, furniture, consumables.
• Communicate immediately to superiors when product stock is exhausted, so a new order can be placed.
• Inform superiors immediately of any deficiencies found during the activity.
• Learn and train employees on company standards for appearance, especially makeup and hairstyle.
• Use company communication channels to keep track of employees who benefit from makeup/hairdressing services.
• Report on the number and type of hairstyles and makeup activities performed.
• Create a pleasant experience for employees, maintaining a friendly attitude and using appropriate language when interacting with them.
• Respond without delay to any request received through company communication channels during working hours.
