Role Description The Senior Russian Nail Manicurist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ras Al Khaimah. This role involves performing advanced Russian manicure techniques, including nail preparation, shaping, cuticle care, and high-quality polish or gel application, while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards. The Senior Manicurist will consult with clients, recommend suitable nail treatments and designs, and ensure an excellent customer experience from arrival to departure.

Daily responsibilities include managing appointment schedules, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, coordinating with the wider beauty team, and supporting junior nail technicians through guidance and best practices. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends, new products, and innovative techniques to continuously enhance service quality.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Nail Care and Nails, including advanced Russian manicure techniques and hygiene practices.
• Professional skills in Cosmetology with a focus on hand and nail treatments within a salon environment.
• Proficiency in Nail Art, including detailed designs, gel and acrylic application, and current style trends.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage client expectations, and build long-term relationships.
• Relevant certification or diploma in nail technology or cosmetology;
  Russian manicure training is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of professional salon experience as a nail technician or manicurist, ideally in a premium or boutique setting.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Ras Al Khaimah, including weekends and peak hours as required.
• Attention to detail, strong sanitation standards, and a commitment to providing safe, high-quality services.
• Team-oriented approach, reliability, and willingness to mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
• Basic English communication skills; additional languages
