Phlebotomist - Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE (Malayalees Preferred)

We are seeking a full-time Phlebotomist to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. Preference will be given to Malayalee applicants who do not require English language skills for the role. The successful candidate will be expected to draw blood from patients for various tests and procedures, as well as prepare specimens and samples for laboratory testing.

• Drawing blood from patients using proper techniques and equipment
• Obtaining patient information for laboratory records
• Processing specimens and samples for laboratory testing
• Disposing of medical waste materials according to regulations
• Ensuring that all medical equipment is adequately sterilized and maintained
• Adhering to safety protocols at all times
• Maintaining accurate records of patient data and results
• Assisting with other related duties as required
• Ensuring patient comfort throughout the procedure

• High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in phlebotomy preferred
• Experience in a medical setting preferred
• Knowledge of proper sterilization techniques
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently without supervision
