• Complete and understand the assigned trainings.
• Track local literature journals as per RA-02-014.
• Reporting of safety concerns, ICSR to PV unit.
• Authoring RMP, PSURs.
• Provide basic Pharmacovigilance training to PV and non-PV staff.
• ICSR data entry and submission through MOH portal.

• In terms of competency, you are highly result oriented with strong sense of accountability and ownership.
• Should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and easily adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be organized, motivated, focused and hardworking.
• Should be ready and willing to learn new things and implement in workplace, commit towards work and added tasks.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Good communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Must be able to work in a cross-functional environment interaction with other internal and external departments.
• Follow the company’s Environmental Management System (ISO 14001:2015) and HSE policies in daily work.
• Actively minimize environmental impacts, maintain a safe workplace, and handle tasks responsibly (e.g. proper disposal of waste, safe use of equipment).
• Report hazards, non-conformities, or environmental issues to supervisors and support continual improvement initiatives.

• 4 years bachelor’s degree in pharmacy / any equivalent field.
• At least 3-5 year’ experience in similar organization in pharma / Health care / Medical Industry.
• Good in communicative English (communicating, writing and speaking) is mandatory and Arabic as advantage.
• Excellent in MS office (MS Excel and MS Word, etc.).
