CCTV Operator at InterContinental Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa

Hotel: Ras Al Khaimah Resort and Spa (RKTHA), Al Rafaa, Mina Al Arab

At Inter Continental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa, we are looking for a CCTV Operator who takes responsibility seriously and understands the importance of vigilance, accuracy, and confidentiality in a luxury resort environment.

• Monitor and operate CCTV systems to ensure the safety of guests, colleagues, and property
• Observe, identify, and report any unusual or suspicious activity in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and control room records
• Support security investigations by preserving footage and providing clear information
• Report system faults or equipment issues and follow up until resolved
• Coordinate closely with the Security team and supervisors during daily operations and emergencies
• Ensure all CCTV monitoring follows hotel policies, legal requirements, and confidentiality standards

• At least 1 year of experience in security, CCTV operations, or a related field
• High school or vocational qualification
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures, local laws, and emergency response
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Good communication skills and a responsible, professional attitude
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
