American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK) is seeking a Temporary HR Assistant to support the Office of Human Resources in the administration of day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee records, benefits administration, and employee relations.

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR Office.
• Assist with recruitment activities, including vacancy postings, application processing, and candidate coordination.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
• Support employee benefits, leave administration, and related HR processes.
• Assist with health insurance administration and employee inquiries.
• Support new employee onboarding and orientation activities.
• Assist with HR reports, documentation, and other administrative tasks.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3-5years of relevant HR and/or administrative experience
  .
• Good knowledge of HR practices, procedures, and systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
• Must hold a valid UAE residence visa/sponsorship (own visa).
• Must be available to join immediately.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
