SAP Basis Admin-two greenfield SAP S​/HANA implementation-SuccessFactors and ECP

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP BASIS Administrator to manage, configure, and maintain our SAP landscape, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. The candidate will play a key role in supporting the greenfield SAP S/4

HANA implementation, system upgrades, user management, and ongoing BASIS operations, including integration with SAP cloud solutions such as Success Factors and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

• Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems—including S/4
  
  HANA, and Analytics components—in development, testing, and production environments.
• Manage SAP landscape architecture, including system copies, transports, and client administration.
• Monitor system performance, apply patches, kernel updates and support packages, and perform system tuning.
• Ensure system security, including user administration, roles, profiles, and authorization checks.
• Perform backup, restore, and disaster recovery activities.
• Collaborate with functional teams (SD, MM, PP-QM, FI/CO) to support end‑to‑end integration testing and go‑live activities.
• Manage and support SAP hybrid landscapes, including integration with cloud‑based solutions such as Success Factors and Employee Central Payroll (ECP), ensuring proper connectivity, authorization, and performance monitoring. Troubleshoot SAP technical issues and coordinate with SAP support when required.
• Maintain documentation of BASIS activities, system configurations, and procedures.
• Support MRP, batch jobs, and background processing in coordination with functional teams.
• Ensure smooth operation of transport management and system upgrades.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 12‑15 years of SAP BASIS administration experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA, ECC, Fiori, Solution Manager, and SAP HANA database administration.
• Knowledge of system installations, upgrades, patches, migrations, and hybrid SAP landscapes.
• Experience with client copies, transport management, user and authorization administration.
• Experience with integration of SAP cloud solutions such as Success Factors and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) is preferred.
• Experience with system monitoring, performance tuning, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Good understanding of SAP integrations with MM, SD, PP‑QM, FI/CO modules.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team on fast‑paced implementation projects.
