About Wynn Al Marjan Island:
On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in Spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Helpdesk Agent to join the Information technology team.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to user service requests via phone, email, live chat, or in person, delivering a professional and customer-focused experience
  • Log, track, document, and resolve incidents and service requests using the ITSM platform
  • Provide first-tier technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to second-tier support or appropriate teams as needed
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with users of varying technical skill levels and follow up to ensure resolution and satisfaction
  • Adhere to IT policies, procedures, SLAs, and confidentiality and data security standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and knowledge-sharing activities to maintain and improve technical expertise
About You
  • 1–2 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk environment
  • Hands‑on troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts
  • Understanding of Active Directory, email configuration, and remote support tools
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools, ticketing systems, and ITIL practices (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused mindset
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work proactively in a fast‑paced environment
