SAP RE-FX & Finance Consultant

Location: Ras Al Khaimah

Experience: 8–10+ years

We are seeking an experienced SAP RE-FX & Finance Consultant with strong expertise in SAP FICO and cross-module integration. The ideal candidate will have delivered multiple end-to-end implementations and possess deep knowledge of finance and real estate processes within SAP S/4

HANA and ECC environments.

• Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP FICO and RE-FX implementations (minimum three full lifecycle projects).
• Manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, scoping, blueprinting, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.
• Design and implement end-to-end business processes aligned with best practices.
• Configure SAP RE-FX in S/4
  
  HANA and ECC environments, including:
• Business Partner, Business Entity, Land, Building, Rental Objects
• Real Estate Contracts and Master Data Management
• Contract Management, Rental Accounting, Space Management
• Commercial and Residential Leasing
• Periodic and one-time postings, accruals and deferrals
• Integration between RE-FX and SAP FI
• Work on RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
• Manage integration with third-party systems (e.g., CRM platforms, tax engines, banking applications) and across SAP modules (FI-MM, FI-SD, RE-FX-FI).
• Analyze “As-Is” and “To-Be” business processes, design solutions for gaps and interfaces, and configure systems to meet business requirements.
• Provide best-practice recommendations to optimize business processes and system usage.
