The Human Resources Department of Ras Al Khaimah Government is seeking an EPMO Lead in Ras Al Khaimah. The EPMO Lead will establish and evolve the project delivery governance model for the Electronic Government Authority. Responsibilities include defining delivery standards, enabling coordination between functions, and developing vendor governance practices. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, PMP certification, and 10+ years in project management, including governance experience, preferably in public sector digital transformation.

Strong familiarity with platforms like SAP S/4 HANA is required.
