About Wynn Al Marjan Island:
On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five‑star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.
The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Director – Marketing Intelligence to join the resort’s Database Marketing team.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain the core reporting suite and dashboards for the gaming department
- Develop performance dashboards tracking host productivity, profitability, and player engagement
- Define, implement, and monitor gaming host KPIs — including ADT, trip frequency and recency, and reinvestment ratios
- Deliver historical performance analysis and trend reporting to senior leadership and operations teams
- Automate reporting workflows and enforce data accuracy standards across all outputs
- Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and structured reporting outputs
- Interpret data using advanced analytical techniques to deliver substantiated, actionable insights
- Develop targeting logic and control groups to measure campaign effectiveness, ROI, uplift, and incremental revenue
- Leverage LLMs to accelerate insight generation and automate narrative reporting
- Own the BI roadmap — collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify and prioritize high‑impact opportunities
- Assess the effectiveness and quality of new data sources and data collection techniques
- Design future‑proof data processes that allow seamless model improvements without disrupting production
- Manage and develop a technical team, setting clear goals and delivering against deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance). Master’s is a plus
- Minimum 5+ years in gaming analytics (8+ years total experience preferred)
- Strong SQL; proficiency in one or more BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent). Python is a plus
- Experience building automated dashboards and reporting systems
- Hands‑on experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, or equivalent); familiarity with ETL processes
- Deep understanding of gaming KPIs (ADT, theo, hold, reinvestment), player lifecycle, loyalty programs, and campaign measurement
- Strong instinct for trends, root causes, and meaningful patterns; able to analyze both qualitative and quantitative data
- Able to present data‑driven insights clearly to executive and non‑technical audiences — in writing and in person
- Proven ability to manage and grow a technical team, balance competing priorities, and deliver consistently under deadlines
