Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with solid IT knowledge to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, creative, and technically capable, able to manage social media, run paid advertising campaigns, support website management, and coordinate basic IT‑related administrative tasks. This role will serve Total Management LLC primarily while collaborating across KAY Invest Group entities as required.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Content Plan: create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, Tik Tok, Google Business). Develop and execute digital campaigns to promote property listings, vacancies, and leasing offers.
Produce property‑focused visual and written content (reels, stories, posts, brochures) aligned with brand guidelines. Conduct photography and videography for properties, lifestyle, and corporate content. Create and edit short‑form video content and reels using Cap Cut or similar editing tools.
Design creative visuals, graphics, and marketing materials using Canva and AI‑powered design tools. Leverage AI tools for content ideation, caption writing, and creative production. Develop and maintain monthly content calendars across all social media platforms. Manage and grow the company's social media presence and audience engagement.
Write and distribute email marketing campaigns and newsletters to prospective and existing tenants. SEO, SEM & Paid Advertising: plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other PPC campaigns with defined budgets and performance targets. Conduct keyword research and on‑page SEO optimization for the company website.
Monitor, analyse, and report on ad performance, ROI, and conversion metrics. Identify opportunities to improve organic search rankings and digital visibility.
Website & IT Systems Support: maintain and update the company website (Word Press or similar CMS) including listings, landing pages, and content. Coordinate with external developers or internal IT contacts for website enhancements or issue resolution. Support basic IT administrative tasks including software setup, user account management, and vendor coordination. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of digital tools, CRM systems, and property management platforms.
Ensure digital assets and databases are organized, backed up, and access‑controlled.
Analytics & Reporting: track and report on key digital marketing KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis. Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and similar tools to generate actionable insights. Present performance summaries and recommendations to line management.
